傳香 Potelicious (Inheriting the Taste), is the creation of two top chefs, after two year of preparation, tasting of hundreds of spices and ingredients, and dish modifications. The two chefs have different specializing areas. They have uniform goals: to bring Taiwanese cuisine to a new level, and to create many one-of-a-kind dishes.
